Every Zenith Heights epoxy and polyaspartic system starts the same way: we mechanically diamond-grind the concrete to open its profile so the coating bonds into the slab, not just on top of it. We do not acid-etch and hope — acid etching is the shortcut behind most of the failed, flaking floors we get called out to replace. From there we repair cracks and spalls, address any moisture coming up through the slab, and build the system in layers suited to the space and the climate.
