On solid older slabs, our flake garage systems — sealed with a UV-stable topcoat for the inland sun — turn a tired garage into a clean, sealed, slip-resistant space. Where an older slab shows moisture, we recommend our moisture-barrier system so the new floor bonds properly to old concrete.
