Epoxy Garage Floor Systems

Most garage floors fail for one of two reasons: bad prep, or the wrong system for the slab’s condition. We solve both by grinding every floor mechanically and matching the system to your concrete. Here are the three we install.

• 1-Day Epoxy Garage System. Our fastest option. We grind the concrete, repair cracks and imperfections, apply a durable epoxy base, broadcast decorative flake for a custom slip-resistant finish, and seal it with a premium polyaspartic topcoat. You get a seamless, easy-to-clean floor — done in a single day, ready for foot traffic that evening and vehicles within a couple of days.
• 2-Day Epoxy Garage System. Our most popular system for homeowners who want maximum durability. Day one is full prep, base coat and a full flake broadcast. Day two we scrape back the excess flake, refine the surface and apply the polyaspartic topcoat. Letting the base fully cure before topcoating builds a thicker, stronger bond — a more robust, higher-end floor built for the long haul.
• 3-Day Moisture Barrier System. Our most advanced build, for slabs with moisture coming up from below (common on older slabs, slabs on grade, and homes near the coast or water table). After grinding and crack repair, we apply a moisture-mitigating primer to block vapor transmission — the #1 cause of coating delamination — then base coat and flake on day two, and topcoat on day three. It’s the strongest, longest-lasting system we offer.
