For Jamul’s larger garages, shops and barns, our flake epoxy systems create a sealed, dust-resisting surface that’s far easier to keep clean than raw concrete — a real benefit in a dusty rural setting — and tough enough for tools, equipment, tractors and serious daily use. We seal with UV-stable topcoats for the strong sun and use flexible crack treatment to handle the wide temperature swings rural slabs experience. On properties relying on well water and irrigation, we pay extra attention to slab moisture and recommend vapor mitigation where the concrete calls for it.
